MiniMTL 233a2
Previous latest MiniMTL version 233a1 caused occasional server crashes due to players time dilatation being too high. I have fixed this by implying maximal time dilatation. Server hosters should use latest version - 233a2, which can be obtained here. All other files are unchanged for now.
